RecruitMalta are currently helping our client who is a very well established and successful financial services provider who has a great opportunity for a Office Administrator (Investments). What is the plan for the Office Administrator (Investments) role?

 

To administer a portfolio of trusts and companies and pensions, handling the diverse needs of a number of private clients with focus on effective service, quality, productivity and efficiency.

 

What will you do as a Office Administrator (Investments)?

 

Establish initial administration procedure and maintain office administration in conjunction with the Manager.

Liaising with clients and their advisers in respect of service issues, via telephone and other electronic interface.

Execution of client transactions

Maintain client data within a primary management information system

Undertake and manage full time recording and client billing process of self and others

Preparation of correspondence with clients and their advisors

Ensuring that statutory records are accurate

Liaise with intermediary, client and transferring trustees/investment managers whilst transfer proceeding

Provide regular valuations to clients

Preparation of payment instructions, and monitoring execution of instructions

Preparation of minutes, and ancillary documents

 

What do you know that makes you a great Office Administrator (Investments)?

 

Previous experience in an administration role ideally within financial services

Confident to speak to clients on the phone and in person

Educated to A level, with passes in O’Level English and Mathematics

Familiar with QROPS / financial services

Ability to identify risks associated with client transactions

Familiar with the main office productivity software Experience of office environment

Attentive to detail

Ability to set own deadlines and work accurately to tight deadlines

 

You will already live in Malta

 

Salary circa €16k based on experience with private healthcare.
